"Waiting On"Wednesday(#6): Requiem

"Waiting on Wednesday" is a meme created by Jill at Breaking the Spine that features books yet to be released that we're really looking forward to. This week my book is "Requiem."
Requiem (Delirium, #3)

Title:Requiem
Author:Lauren Oliver
Released:March 2013
Publisher:HarperTeen

From Goodreads:

Now an active member of the resistance, Lena has been transformed. The nascent rebellion that was under way in Pandemonium has ignited into an all-out revolution in Requiem, and Lena is at the center of the fight.

After rescuing Julian from a death sentence, Lena and her friends fled to the Wilds. But the Wilds are no longer a safe haven—pockets of rebellion have opened throughout the country, and the government cannot deny the existence of Invalids. Regulators now infiltrate the borderlands to stamp out the rebels, and as Lena navigates the increasingly dangerous terrain, her best friend, Hana, lives a safe, loveless life in Portland as the fiancée of the young mayor. Requiem is told from both Lena’s and Hana’s points of view. The two girls live side by side in a world that divides them until, at last, their stories converge.

Thoughts:

OMG! Honestly, if you aren't DYING to read this book, then I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!! The first two books were astounding and made me SO emotional. THAT is ONE reason why I'm excited for the book!

  3. I still need to read Pandemonium. I have it in audio, but haven't set aside any time to read it. I really enjoyed Delirium, but HATED the evil cliffhanger ending. Sucky!!!!

  4. I done this a couple of weeks ago. I just finished Delirium and I loved it! I can't wait for this book either! I mean the first left me in tears and I haven't read the second sadly, I've requested it, so I will see how it goes. I have heard some mixed reviews as it has a love triangle. :/ What did you think?

New Follower and I love your blog! :D Here's my WoW

  5. ah! I NEED to know how Lena ends up with and that's part of the reason as to why I'm so anxious to get my hands on this book. Personally, I'm Team Alex but it may end up a different way.
