Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Thought I Would Like More or Less

Top Ten Tuesday-It is a meme created by Jaime at The Broke and the Bookish where you create a list of your top ten favorite of any given category.( Sorry this didn't publish sooner! I swear I thought it had!)
1. The Raven Boys
The Raven Boys (The Raven Cycle, #1)
I ended up loving this book much more than I thought! The characters, the plot, and pretty mch everything I loved!

2.The Diviners
The Diviners (The Diviners, #1)
I also ended up falling in love with the characters and setting for this! Way better than I had anticipated!

3.Matched
Matched (Matched, #1)
Oh boy, guys, this is kind of scary to even mention for me. That's all I will say.

4.Delirium
Delirium (Delirium, #1)
This one wasn't entirely bad, but since my expectations were HIGH from all the amazing reviews it was getting, I was let down by the slow pace of the book.

5.Across the Universe
Across the Universe (Across the Universe, #1)
This was my first ever sci-fi-ish book I read, and it didn't disappoint me...at all! It blew me away, seriously.

6.Seraphina
Seraphina (Seraphina, #1)
Surprisingly, I was nervous to start this book, due to the fact my twin didn't seem too keen to finish it, but this turned out to be an epic fantasy!

7.Crescendo
Crescendo (Hush, Hush, #2)
Do I even have to explain this?( I hated it...SO SO MUCH.)

8.The Book Thief
The Book Thief
I actually never finished this book, but I got bored too easily. "avoids thrown tomatoes"

9.Daughter of Smoke and Bone
Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #1)
My favorite book ever! And believe it or not, I was once scared I wouldn't even LIKE it, since angels was a common use in ya novels.

10.The Fifth Wave
The 5th Wave (The Fifth Wave, #1)
This turned out to be an amazing book! I just loved the concept and action in this book!

  1. I loved Raven Boys too. People are very mixed on Maggie's books but I've loved all of them.
